Itinerary

Day 1 – UK - Andernach
We travel to Andernach and board our ship where you can relax or venture into the attractive Rhineland town.

Day 2 – Andernach - Rüdesheim
Our Christmas Eve
Casting off early this morning we cruise up river, through the dramatic narrow Rhine Gorge, to the pretty town of Rüdesheim. Our optional Rüdesheim Delights excursion includes a visit to the wonderful mechanical music museum of Siegfried and a mug of Glühwein. After a traditional German Christmas Eve dinner you can settle back and enjoy the entertainment.

Day 3 – Rüdesheim - Boppard - Koblenz
Our Christmas Day
We retrace our route back down the Rhine Gorge as far as Boppard, the 'pearl of the Rhine' and the meeting place of six valleys. After a traditional British Christmas Day lunch, you can relax on board, explore Boppard or join our optional coach excursion into the Moselle Valley. Our cruise continues to the ancient walled city of Koblenz where we stop overnight for more fun and entertainment on board.

Day 4 – Koblenz - Bonn
Our Boxing Day
Our cruising route down the Rhine takes us past the Siebengebirge (Seven Mountains) to Bonn, our final destination. After a delicious Boxing Day lunch you can enjoy some free time and learn of the composer Beethoven's life, or join our optional excursion into the delightful Ahr Valley for a spot of wine tasting before rounding off with a final evening of entertainment.

Day 5 – Bonn - UK
This morning we bid farewell to our Captain and crew and disembark for the return journey to the UK.
