When you ask us for holiday information, join our mailing list or book a tour with Holidays by Rail we may need to collect information about you including your name and contact details. We may also need to collect payment details and or relevant health information to process bookings.
Some of the information you may need to provide us may be ‘personal data' (for example information relating to disability, diet, health or religion) in which case we will assume that we have your consent to use this information, and pass it to others as required and appropriate, in connection with your booking.
